if the social services had been and seen the child over 60 times in a short amount of time then y did this happen??? they get paid for appently ''doing there job'' but this just proves they are not and shud neva ever work with children again ! they shud ROT in HELL and hold there heads in shame coz that baby didnt deserve what he got !!!!!! R.I.P BABY P. x
